Get recommendations from your social network, review offers from Pikaba members and merchants bidding for your business. Then pick the best offer and close the deal. Think of it as a reverse auction. All Pikaba services are absolutely free. But naturally your transactions with merchants are not.
Why Register?
A number of interesting options comes with free membership. True, you can post requests at no cost, anytime without becoming a Pikaba member. But by joining Pikaba—for free—you’ll benefit from some additional features:
- Change and edit your requests;
- Build a network of friends and see their requests and recommendations;
- Create a user profile, which may result in better suggestions and merchant offers;
- Post questions, get advice or make suggestions on Pikaba forums;
- Bid on others' requests.

Post A Request
Requests are the heart of your Pikaba experience. When you request something, you signal to Pikaba merchants and other members your motivation to purchase goods or services. What can you request? Just about anything.
Post a request now.
Quick Tip
To Increase your chances of getting the best possible offers on your request:
- Be clear and specific;
- Research similar request for prices, options, offers;
- Keywords help merchants find your request. Use them.

Review Offers and Recommendations
Review offers from merchants competing for your business. To do so:
- Go to My Requests;
- Select the specific request from the list;
- Click the Offers tab.
Now you can see the list of offers for your request. Offers include the seller's name, their quote, when it was posted, and their comments.
Quick Tip
Need more information about an item? Send merchants a private message to ask a question, get additional details, or give a counter offer.

Pick the Best Offer and Close the Deal
On the last step, you select the offer you like best. Then contact the merchant to make the deal. On the Offers page, mouse over the merchant's name and click "Send a private message." Pikaba brings you together, you close the deal. That’s simple.
Please note that Pikaba brings you together with merchants; but we do not close the deal or execute the transaction for you. For that, you need to contact the merchant directly. It's one way we keep your membership free.

Pikaba Vendorhood and offer your products and services to the Community. Each of your products will be listed in our catalog and will be available for search by members. It's absolutely free for you.
How to Become a Seller on Pikaba?
If you’re already a Pikaba member, you can
become a Seller now.
If you are not a Pikaba member, follow the easy sign-up process to create your merchant account and list your products:
- Go to Seller registration page.
- Complete a short registration form.
- Confirm the email address you entered in the form. Your Pikaba membership is now completed.
Once created, your listing will show up on Pikaba at
Products page. You’ll be able to change your profile details, prices, pictures, add and remove products.
How to Submit Products?
Use the Product Manager page to control which of your products and services appear in the Product listing and become available for public search. You can add an unlimited number of your products to Pikaba, edit or remove them at any time.
There are two options currently available for adding products:
Adding Products One By One
The Add Product Wizard allows you to add information about your products and services to your Pikaba catalog.
Adding Products Using a Price List
This handy feature allows you to upload your product information sheets and price lists in any format, including PDF, MS Excel, Word. Once uploaded, The Pikaba Team will add the products for you in your Pikaba account.
