My finacee and I are raising his 6 six year old son.  His sons mother is bipolar and in an unhealthy relationship.  She lives in another state.  She is inconsistent in her visits and cancels last minute leaving her son with a broken heart.  She has begun calling at all hours of the night wanting us to wake him up so she can talk to him, has made physical threats against us and has threatened to kidnap her son.  We have experienced behavorial issues both at home and at school as a result. We are at wits end on how to make this right

Looking for someone who would be willing to take the case Pro Bono.  We cannot afford a lawyer otherwise we would.  We had one but couldnt afford to keep paying him.  We are struggling at best to keep from losing our home as it is and will barely be able to heat our home this winter season.  We are desperate and are trying to protect this little boy from having his heart broke over and over.
