You got almost all the major car manufacturing brands that cater to this segment. Of course your choice and priorities play the major role but there always is something that most of the people desire in their cars. Some cars fulfill this void and some may offer a lot but not what most people want. BMW’s M5, the feature rich, high performance car, is arguably the daddy of all in this segment as mentioned by some experts. On the other hand we have Audi RS5 which strives to compete with the propeller badge. I must say, these two German car manufacturers pose a tough competition for each other.

On the interior, Audi RS5 has amazing racing minded seats that set the theme quite nicely. You would also see an extensive use of carbon fiber that will certainly make the weight significantly disappear. There are options under which you can get various types of advancements on the interiors such as stainless steel ornamentation and improved seating system. BMW M5 has got customized M sports seats, center console and the steering wheel along with the fine grain Merino leather upholstery. Coming to the things that are good or bad about these two models, we found during our review that Audi RS5 is overall a gas guzzler. Had it been more efficient at fuel, it would have been a tough contender for BMW M5. There are a number of plus points as well such as Quattro all wheel drive system, power and looks. BMW M5 does not have any significant cons but does have various pros over the Audi RS5 like performance, fuel efficiency and the trust of the BMW badge.
