A press shot of the upcoming Sony Xperia Pepper has made its way online and confirms a few features as well.
The Sony Xperia Pepper was first leaked back in January, which also confirmed that the handset should be arriving in April with a £250 price tag.
However, the latest reports also suggest that the Pepper will feature a 1GHz dual-core processor, 3.7-inch display, will be running Android Ice Cream Sandwich and also feature a 5MP camera.
Also, based on what we can see in the leaked press shot, the Sony Xperia Pepper will also feature NFC technology, as Sony’s Smart Tags also appear in the image.
Whilst it’s highly likely that the Xperia Pepper won’t actually be called “Pepper”, it’s fairly definite that it will feature NFC technology based on what we see in the image.
