I am disabled, semi retired psychotherapist. Currently I teach at a local community college part time. I am married to a retired Master Electrician. I love to cook, sew and read. I just made the skillet lasagna for my husband, son and grandsons this week and they loved it. Only took me less than 30 min. Add a salad and garlic bread and you are ready to go.
