First of all I would like to say that the reason why my price is so low is not because the phone doesn't work properly but because there is "wear and tear" on the phone. The reason that I am selling my Sidekick LX is because my 2 year contract was up. Along the outside of the phone there is a silver coat around the phone, as I'm sure you know, it has a chipped away around the spot where the charger plugs in, on some of the corners, and along the sides. There are very few scratches on the screen and what little there are they aren't very noticeable. It has been dropped and that is what has caused the the scratches. However, I assure you that even though it has been dropped it has not effected the way the Sidekick works. The battery works pretty well and it should last you for a while. I am also going to include a brand new micro SD card (memory card). However there is no warranty on the sidekick but I truly don't think you will have troubles with it.
