We are looking for a small private party loan which the banks do not seem interested in during these ecomonic times. We are purchasing an Italian restaruant in Jacksonville, FL that is already existing. It has been closed now for a few months due to the owners owning two locations and they were not able to handle both locations.
We are looking for a private investor in the amount of a minimum of $10,000 to $25,000 with a 25% interest return on the money made back in payments. So on a $10,000 loan, you would be paid back $12,500 over a years time.
We are only looking for private parties to do this and are looking for this to happen within the next two weeks if at all possible.
Security can be with some of the restaurant equipment if need be.
We have a total of 41 years combined experince in all aspects of restaurant business and wife is an Italian chef.
