Need an investor for a Restaurant that my partner and I are opening in downtown Ann Arbor. First of all we have started the project. We have City and Health Department approvals. All the plans for plumbing, electrical, ect... are done. Basically we have everything figured out. If you want to see the location just let me know, because we need to get this finished. It will blow your mind how great of a location it is. You just have to see it for your self.
It is on State St next to the State theater and not even a block from U of M. There is a new student housing and CVS getting build next door to our location. Which is going to bring even more business to the restaurant.
We have an investor that is unable to get us the money right now, so we need an investor that can get us the money as soon as possible.
