I am need of a business loan to provide me with a financial boost. There may be people out there who do not know what judgment enforcement is; allow me to explain a little. When one person sues another and one wins the lawsuit it is up to the winner (judgment creditor) to go after the loser (debtor) to recover their money. I locate debtors and their assets and take the appropriate legal action to seize these assets. These monies will satisify the judgment. I use many different (legal) methods to find assets and people. 85% of the judgments in this country are uncollected so there is plenty of work.
I will provide all pertinent information in order to obtain some business capital to assist me. I was forced to spend two months out of state on a family medical emergency and this really set my work back. I have over 60 solid, active cases and I just need a little boost to help me with the cost involved in enforcing judgments. The expenses are not high...but I have MANY cases that need a little boost.
